They have always pressured me into buying a car, then dealing with the finance dept. was always a nightmare. By then end I should have been happy with the new car, but there was always too much comprise from me i.e. not the right color, paying more on payments, or having to put money down on the car. NOT THIS TIME! Walking in I half expected that It would be another nightmare, but then I met Beau Saltmarsh! Beau answered all my questions, gave me the car, color, and trim that I wanted. Beau sold me a beautiful 2017 GMC Acadia Denali Crimson Red with all the bells and whistles. He gave me a great deal, no money down, no trade-in nonsense, and my payments were a lot less than I had expected them to be. The car is very comfortable, sharp, and it has lots of cool features. Beau made the process of buying a car easy, fast, and seamless. In-fact, I'm looking forward to seeing him again in 3 years after my lease is up to see what else he can sell me! Beau is a great guy!! Very nice, factual, no-nonsense, no up-front hidden fees, no pressure. We knew what we wanted which also helped. Beau clearly explained all the financial options and answered all our questions. The process was a bit long but we chose the right day and enjoyed the free monthly bbq lunch while waiting for the car to be prepped. Once we got home, however, we did notice that the detailing of the new car was not as thorough as we would have expected. Over all a good experience. More

We decided the vehicle we were looking at wasn't big enough, and we left with suggestions on other vehicles to research. We received an Eprice and came back to purchase a vehicle within the week. She showed me the same car in other colors as well. It was closing time, Kara, Wayne & Heather in finance stayed late to finish up the process, I took delivery the next day. I felt comfortable with my decision, they all made the process a positive experience. My cts coupe is gorgeous & I'm in love with it.
