I have to say nothing really changed except for the better! Our salesman, Jack, did a great job and wasn't pushy at all. He made sure we drove every car we wanted to try and that I wanted to try. I was very picky about the car I got this time because the Spark was chosen by my parents so I wanted to make sure I had a car that I loved as much as the Spark but would work with my busy lifestyle. I was looking for a smaller SUV that would be better for me in the winter and would make it easier for me to live out of my car (haha) since I'm constantly running around. I had looked at the website and found a few I was interested in so I came to the dealership and we found a 2015 Kia Sorento with 24k miles on it and at a fantastic price with everything and more that I wanted. After driving a few others I decided that was the car for me and the rest is history. I went to the dealership on Monday and walked out (or rather drove out) with my new car and a reasonable car payment on Thursday. My parents and I are very happy. Banks also gave me a little "congratulations" bag full of cool NH-made items like fudge, a canvas tote, maple syrup, and much more. The amenities at Banks are also great - comfortable waiting area and the cafe is to die for! They are so kind and cater to what you want to eat. The dealership is always clean and displaying interesting cars. The service department is easy and quick and in my experience always caring. Overall great dealership - Quirk in Manchester does not compare at all, went to them once for a service and they stole something from my car! Went back to Banks and learned my lesson! Very happy customer and will go back again and again. Also, first oil change is on them and drove out with a free full tank of gas. They went all out to make my experience the best! More
