When i began the search for my personal truck I became very aggravated after searching all the dealers in my area and becoming discouraged with all of them, one of which my company does a lot of business with which is even more frustrating. I was totally expecting the same from Banks. Upon arriving I met with Kyle Richard and he drove a truck with me and figured out what I wanted and found it at a price that was reasonable, so I bought it. That is where the real surprise started! When I told him I was having trouble figuring out how to get both my wife and I to the dealer to sign everything (it was a 45 minute drive for us and we have two teenagers) and get the truck, he offered to deliver it and bring all paperwork, I was very surprised. He showed up at the agreed time and spent plenty of time with us linking our phones and explaining options to us both. He is amongst the best I have dealt with in 25 plus years in automotive. I would highly recommend Banks they were easy to deal with all around, the finance department was not pushy at all with extra warranties and such, very easy to deal with. Oh, and I LOVE the truck! More

Found our Truck :) After much research on the truck we wanted we were drawn to the one we found at Banks Dealership as the asking price was a strong one of fair quality. The truck has very low miles and I must say the guys that do the detail work are fantastic. The experience was a great one in that we went in and were not there long at all. We test drove and by the time we were back they gave us an offer on our trade that was also of fair and strong quality. The salesman ,, Beau was very professional and honest which is a trait hard to find these days elsewhere. The finance dept Heather was as well and all said and done we have a fantastic new to us used truck. Will definitely recommend and keep them in mind with our return in future.
