Was quoted a price on the phone for my trade-in by Greg. I was VERY clear with him on the phone about what I needed and he assured me there would be no problem in Banks matching a previous quote I received. Got there and was told they would give me $6500 less than that quote. I drove an hour and a half with a pre-approved loan, ready to purchase a vehicle. It was clearly a bait and switch - inappropriate, unprofessional and simply dishonest. The salesman (who was not who I spoke with on the phone) was wonderful and did his best to make amends for what he clearly recognized to be mistreatment. I would never purchase a vehicle from a place like this. Buyer beware! More
