The price has gone up and the quality has gone down. I am not happy that it cost me $200 to get the snow tires that I had, put on. The first visit cost $85.60. Had someone put the spare tire on, $10, and someone else took the tire to put a stem on, $10. On my return to NH, I brought it to the garage and had to buy a stem with a sensor, $95.50. The complimentary wash was poorly done. I am not happy. More

As I arrived at Banks in the pouring rain, salesman Jacob came right out and asked if we needed anything. I was looking to lease/buy a GMC Canyon or Chevy Colorado. Without hesitation in the rain, Jacob toss came right out and asked if we needed anything. I was looking to lease/buy a GMC Canyon or Chevy Colorado. Without hesitation in the rain, Jacob tossed a raincoat on and pulled the Canyon closer so I could test drive/look at it. Jacob wasn't just a robot selling cars. Conversations were casual and friendly yet still professional. It really made me want to buy from Banks. Their customer service standards are well above other places around the area that I have been to. Banks doesn't go above MSRP which is a huge plus for the situations we are in right now.
