I am always satisfied with the service at Banks. The folks that check you in are always friendly helpful. The only thing this last time is I wished I was infomed about my cabin and engine filters. On the inspection sheet they were checked off as should be replaced and I would have done it then and it would have saved me a trip to Concord. I realize though that fokls get busy and it is just impossible to keep up with everything, and I should have checked the inspection sheet before I left. We took the truck in for the initial oil change and general service. We had a couple of requests for checking a few things outside of the normal service check and they did a great job of getting the general service.
