This was the most delightful car-buying experience I've ever had. So much laughter, a great deal, and they even gave me a big Christmas bow to put on top of my car for a picture! I could tell from the environment of the store that the entire staff has a real team spirit and work very well together. That's important! This place wasn't like a factory, but a comfortable place--no pressure--and everyone was just delightful. I cannot recommend this place enough to buy a new or used car. More

He took the time to explain the features of the car, helped me connect the Blue Tooth system to my phone, and was really pleasant every step of the way. We got a good price and the negotiation was very friendly. I like the fact that the staff at Charles Barker Nissan mentioned the various services that we could buy in addition to the car without being pushy about it. In my past experiences with other dealerships, they tend to do a hard sell on additional options, maintenance contracts, etc. and don't take "no" for an answer. More

On 26OCT I made an appointment for 10:00 on 27OCT. I only a month ago moved down here for Georgia and my 2010 Maxima had started to loose acceleration after I would stop at points(stop signs, stop lights, et a month ago moved down here for Georgia and my 2010 Maxima had started to loose acceleration after I would stop at points(stop signs, stop lights, etc). Upon arriving to the service center I was asked if I had an appt and replied yes 10:00. After waiting over 2 hours I asked about the status of my vehicle and after a couple minutes of the service advisor going to check on it. I was told that it hadnt even made it into the shop..also that I didnt even have an appointment!!!! Okay if there was no appointment in the system, why allow me to sit in the dealership for over two hours and not tell me. There was nothing even told me about no appointment when I checked in. Isnt the appointment verified once i arrive? If not it should be. I reported this to the service manager who could seem to care less. He stated that the people with appointments from 0730-1030 had to be taken care of ...uhhh hello..I had an appointment at 1000!!!!! i mean try to figure out what happened to my "missing appointment" but that didnt seem to be a priority..I would never return to this dealership for ANY REASON at all. I didnt feel like I was being taken care of and 2hours of my day was just wasted for NOTHING!!! More

Jawanda was really accomodating and helpful. Took us through all the vehicles my son was looking at before helping us get him into the vehicle he wanted. Very professional. Thought I was getting decent sales customer service, but after multiple issues with Doug and incorrect information regarding financing I was becoming disappointed. Furthermore, when I finally laid out exac after multiple issues with Doug and incorrect information regarding financing I was becoming disappointed. Furthermore, when I finally laid out exactly what I wanted I was told it was possible and then told later it wasn't. Finally, I got tired of being played and called another dealer (Chesapeake) and over the phone within an hour had exactly what I wanted for a cheaper price than I even asked for! Doug hadn't been able to do this in the two weeks I had dealt with him. Lastly, when I let Doug know I went to another dealer and got what I wanted, his response was lies and poor interaction within the realm of customer service. I would not recommend this sales person to anyone. He is the type we all try to avoid dealing with but has a good way of making it appear otherwise at first. Overall, don't ever listen to a sales person regarding finance stuff and if it takes to long to get what you are requesting go someplace else! More
