Thought I was getting decent sales customer service, but after multiple issues with Doug and incorrect information regarding financing I was becoming disappointed. Furthermore, when I finally laid out exac after multiple issues with Doug and incorrect information regarding financing I was becoming disappointed. Furthermore, when I finally laid out exactly what I wanted I was told it was possible and then told later it wasn't. Finally, I got tired of being played and called another dealer (Chesapeake) and over the phone within an hour had exactly what I wanted for a cheaper price than I even asked for! Doug hadn't been able to do this in the two weeks I had dealt with him. Lastly, when I let Doug know I went to another dealer and got what I wanted, his response was lies and poor interaction within the realm of customer service. I would not recommend this sales person to anyone. He is the type we all try to avoid dealing with but has a good way of making it appear otherwise at first. Overall, don't ever listen to a sales person regarding finance stuff and if it takes to long to get what you are requesting go someplace else! More
