My past and present experiences with Charles Barker Nissan Service Dept. were very unpleasant and unprofessional when dealing with the service writer specifically. It is apparent to me that the service Nissan Service Dept. were very unpleasant and unprofessional when dealing with the service writer specifically. It is apparent to me that the service dept. has a lack of professionalism and concerns about the customer. My experience that I lived through in late March of 2012 with the service writer was atrocious. I brought to his attention an issue with the paint on my roof of a 2007 Nissan Frontier. It is not a "Huge" issue, but I believe that the paint should not be peeling off to reveal bare metal in such a short amount of time after purchase. The service writer became frustrated immediately and shrugging his shoulders and stated " It must have been my fault" and was not willing to help me in any way shape or form or assist me in presenting the issue to the appropriate individuals to rectify the situation. More
