No coordination Dealer called to set up appointment I told Emily I would be there in an hour she said they would have the car ready for a test drive. She also mentioned to ask for Alex and he would have everything ready. I showed up in less than an hour Alex had no clue that I was coming, they asked me to wait a few while they got the car few minutes later Alex came and said the car was not there that is was at a dealer up north and had not made it there. I called Emily and she was not available so spoke with Jordan and told her the customer service was unsatisfactory that I would think they would verify before having a customer come to the dealership. I also said what kind of message does this send to military customers. Emily called me back a while later I pretty much said the same thing but she said that the vehicle was sold to a customer up north. This told me that Alex and Emily did not have their story straight. I was very upset as I cancelled my previous appointment with another Nissan Dealer in Richmond. I don't know if this is an isolated mistake but again I dropped everything I was doing on a Sunday to go to Nissan of Norfolk and they did not take the time to ensure they had the vehicle in the lot before setting up my appointment. More
