New purchase , fist time visit This purchase was started few days before Christmas and the saleman gave us his personal cell phone to discuss any issues or questions we had.. We did This purchase was started few days before Christmas and the saleman gave us his personal cell phone to discuss any issues or questions we had.. We did and he answered the call when the dealership was closed on Christmas Eve, he got us the information we needed and concluded the transaction with a sale. There was no pressure or hype just helpful and speedy service from everyone. I appreciate that. My new vehicle is proof. More

Awesome Customer Service! I purchased my 2014 Nissan Altima from another dealership (other than The New Nissan of Norfolk) and today was my first time getting service at The Ne I purchased my 2014 Nissan Altima from another dealership (other than The New Nissan of Norfolk) and today was my first time getting service at The New Nissan of Norfolk. Their customer service was awesome! The Service Manager (Henly Powell) immediately introduced himself to me and welcomed me to the location. The Service Representative (Mike Brown) was extremely helpful, nice and courtesy. Their customer service literally exceeded my expectations. Customer service is normally expected for a new prospective customer but to receive this type of service from a customer (that came from another dealership) is abnormal (sad but true in 2015). KUDOS to The New Nissan of Norfolk! Thank you for such awesome and amazing service. Btw- I can guarantee that if I purchase another Nissan that I would purchase it from The New Nissan of Norfolk. When we bought our first Altima, we received excellent service from the sales-person and because of that, we have enjoyed great service through the ten years, Then we met a very special lady, Alvena Spruill , who was very patient with us, had a beautiful personality, and made sure that we were truly satisfied with everything. Best Car Buying Experience Ever I could have never imagined purchasing a new Nissan would be so gratifying. I knew that I would love my new 2015 Rogue, but what really impressed me w I could have never imagined purchasing a new Nissan would be so gratifying. I knew that I would love my new 2015 Rogue, but what really impressed me was the caliber of the sales professionals I worked with. The "Red Carpet" treatment began with Alex Hargrow, who I reached out to to help with my selection. Due to physical limitations I was not able to walk the sales lot to choose a vehicle so I simply told him what I wanted and he took it from there, presenting me with a beautiful vehicle with all the features I was interested in. I next sat down with an energetic young man, Bernard Branch, who helped me with the paperwork involved with the purchase. Bernard explained each document thoroughly, giving me ample time to read over the paperwork as well as ask any questions that I had. Finally, Veronica Seaman, finance manager, helped secure the best deal possible and she, as well, was clear and concise in explaining the financing paperwork. She was very kind and accommodating. The sales staff went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction and as a result have gained a customer for years to come. Thanks, Nissan of Norfolk staff!! More

We will recommend this dealership as well as the people. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable.They were able to work within our budget. I also was having issue with tire pressure light. I was able to take it right in they found the problem and spoke with me and i was able to get it fixed and i was in and out. With a wash and cleaned car. WOOOOO WHOOO!!!! The best ever. The worst experiance ever! The worst car buying experience EVER! This place will try to rip you off so if you have no other choice to buy a car but from them make sure you do yo The worst car buying experience EVER! This place will try to rip you off so if you have no other choice to buy a car but from them make sure you do your research. On October 18th, 2015, I started my process on buying a car from this place. The sales person who should have made me feel welcome and at home totally did not, which is one of there sales objectives that is posted on the wall. She was cold, distracted, and distant which is all of the qualities of a poor sales consultant. During the test drive we received one word answers, and I felt like she was some stranger, that I was giving a ride to. She did not make me feel like I was getting the best car for my money. After test driving the car we decided to purchase the car no help on her part. During the process of signing the paper work she was texting and rushing us to sign so she can get home. After finish signing I was so unhappy with the level of customer service I did not want her to see a dime of commission off of my deal. So I went online and did research to see if I can get a better deal somewhere else. To my surprise this dealership is affiliated with my car insurance USAA and I should have received special pricing. When I brought this to the manger attention at the dealership he told me in a quote "if you do not bring it up will not because we will lose money offering the program to USAA members". After this point I felt like I had to be on guard the whole time I was their because of the lack of transparency of offers that should be given to veterans who served their country. After threating to take my business to another dealership, they gave me the better price on a better car. When it came to finance and sign papers to buy the car , I asked about the college grads program. I honestly felt like the sales manager did not want to offer me the discount on this as-well. This guy tried to find every reason not to give me the $600 for working hard and earning a degree. He went as far as saying "Are you sure you graduated within two years, If your lying you will have to show evidence that you graduated". At the end of this horrible experience when the lady was suppose to show me all the features of the car she only did it halfway because she said and I quote " I have to go, I have to get home to my kids". If you want to buy a car from Nissan please buy the car from Nissan of Chesapeake! More
