Their customer service was awesome! The Service Manager (Henly Powell) immediately introduced himself to me and welcomed me to the location. The Service Representative (Mike Brown) was extremely helpful, nice and courtesy. Their customer service literally exceeded my expectations. Customer service is normally expected for a new prospective customer but to receive this type of service from a customer (that came from another dealership) is abnormal (sad but true in 2015). I knew that I would love my new 2015 Rogue, but what really impressed me w I could have never imagined purchasing a new Nissan would be so gratifying. I knew that I would love my new 2015 Rogue, but what really impressed me was the caliber of the sales professionals I worked with. The "Red Carpet" treatment began with Alex Hargrow, who I reached out to to help with my selection. Due to physical limitations I was not able to walk the sales lot to choose a vehicle so I simply told him what I wanted and he took it from there, presenting me with a beautiful vehicle with all the features I was interested in. I next sat down with an energetic young man, Bernard Branch, who helped me with the paperwork involved with the purchase. Bernard explained each document thoroughly, giving me ample time to read over the paperwork as well as ask any questions that I had. Finally, Veronica Seaman, finance manager, helped secure the best deal possible and she, as well, was clear and concise in explaining the financing paperwork. She was very kind and accommodating.
