I had a tight budget and though the car I wanted was to much They managed to make it work for me. Wilson and Alex were very accommodating and made me feel valued and cared for after other dealerships had made me feel discouraged. I recommend Nissan of Norfolk for both sales and service and I will definitely be a repeat customer. More

The cost to repair our vehicle was more than we wanted to put into it and opted to buy instead. Rich greeted us and made every effort to be of assistance. We had no idea what we were looking for since we were not in the market to purchase any vehicle much less a new one. He gave us the benefit of his expertise without being pushy enabling us to make an informed decision about our purchase. He was a major contributing factor in turning a bad situation around. We could not have been more pleased with his effort and we got a new car to show for it. More

Mr. Washington, was very professional, provided me with information that would help me further down the line. He remained smiling, being professional, and giving me faith. As soon we walked up to the lot we were greeted by Bernard who is the epitome of Excellent customer service. I told him about how I was pressured and tricked into my used car with a terrible finance company and how I owned a lot on my trade. He immediately showed me New cars..not Used like I expected but NEW! Needless to say I feel in love with the 2016 Sentra and even before the test drive(which was awesome) he went right to work on getting me approved. He is honest, funny and really down to earth! Within three hours I was cleaning out my old car cuz he had gotten me approved for a new 2016 Nissan sentra! I was shocked and surprised so much that I cried lol. I couldn't believe it because I had been turned down by so many other dealerships(like hall and priority ugh) and even told that I needed a lot of money down, to even give a finance company a thought of approving me(the nerve). I was so happy I came to Nissan of Norfolk and felt such a breath of relief that I had Bernard as my salesman. He is so great at his job and really cares about the customers and will be exactly what he is set out to do, take over Nissan of Norfolk LOL. Even after the purchase he checks on us to makes sure everything is ok from getting my trade in paid off in reasonable time and communicating with me to let me know what's going on. Everyone who is looking for a new car please go to Nissan of Norfolk and ask for Bernard Branch he makes the impossible happen! Don't believe me just ask others who have dealt with him as well or better yet go see for yourself. I love my 2016 Sentra! I thank him and Nissan of Norfolk so much for my car, they are truly a blessing! More
Worst Service EVER I went in for service today, and had the worst experience EVER. I took my car in and request the following services: oil change, tire rotation, and s I went in for service today, and had the worst experience EVER. I took my car in and request the following services: oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Mike Brown, service tech ( at least he was standing at that platform, the name on the paper work is Andrew Amand). advised the wait time was long for the state inspection as it is the end of the month. Since my inspection doesn't expire until 07/2016 I opted only to have the oil change and tire rotation, and was advised it would only take ONE HOUR. I waited patiently over a ONE and THIRTY MINTUES. I went to check on my car and was told it was next to go back to be services. WHAT? I was advised by a young girl (who works in service) that I should have talk to another guy. So it was my fault that that initial service tech told me one hour, why have people working front line if they supposedly provide incorrect information. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! UGHHHHHHH! Sincerely, Disappointed Customer. More
