Not even 24 hours after getting my vehicle back it broke down on the highway. Ford isn’t completely to blame since it went to Caliber Collision first. Yet, once it made it to the dealership level they shoul down on the highway. Ford isn’t completely to blame since it went to Caliber Collision first. Yet, once it made it to the dealership level they should have known how to fix my Ford Escape and there shouldn’t have been anymore concerns. Instead, I’m once again without a vehicle and paying more for rides to get my children to school and myself to work. More

1. I purchased VIP service: The last two visits the service department was unable to rotate my tires. Reason: swollen lugs, I took my vehicle to a Waldorf tire shop, they had no problem removing the lu service department was unable to rotate my tires. The solution at Banister was to sell me lug nuts and then charge over one hundred dollars to install the lug nuts. 2. The Service Technician didn't put down paper floor covering, results were grease spots. 3. I would recommend the dealership with the installation of Quality Control in the bays. What is quality control? A person responsible for spot-checking the technician's work. More
