He explained what needed to be done, and before giving me the estimated time repairs would be completed in, he checked to make sure the parts needed for the repairs to my vehicle were in stock. Once the service was completed, he came out to get me and escorted me to the window so I could check out. More

Not only was she rude and very unprofessional, she was “training” a new employee at the time and was not helpful to her or me. The management at this location should consider refilling her position. Michael Carlisle was absolutely the most unprofessional service advisor I have ever encountered in discussing required services and recommendations. The services provided was services that was already co service advisor I have ever encountered in discussing required services and recommendations. The services provided was services that was already completed less than a month prior at the same dealership. Any knowledgeable Service Advisor should/would've read comments listed in the service appointment and call for discussion. I don’t like the way the young man kept reving my engine when he just had to pull my car into the garage to change the oil. I was very angry. And when I got my car back it has just been detailed they had di when he just had to pull my car into the garage to change the oil. I was very angry. It will be no when I come back for my next oil change and I will stand and wash my car as they pull into the garage. More
