The service took longer than expected and I didn’t receive updates on my car. It was there for a recall out of my hands and very dangerous. However they don’t provide any car for the inconveniences. M receive updates on my car. It was there for a recall out of my hands and very dangerous. However they don’t provide any car for the inconveniences. My personal things were violated and looked through. An obituary in my car was gone through and moved. Lastly, my gas was used, I dropped my car off with 98 miles to pick it up with 76. Absolutely terrible service. This place has gone under since it became a Banister Ford!!! More

I brought my SUV in for routine maintenance and it could not have gone better. The check in was fast and seemless and my service was quick. I was able to get a quick car wash.
