They charged $1600 for a repair that did not fix the problem. After another Ford dealer repaired the actual problem for $400, Banister would not give me any refund or credit. problem. Chris at the service center provided excellent customer service! I got my car at the Upper Marlboro location and before getting service here only went there for any service, they were unable to take car of service! I got my car at the Upper Marlboro location and before getting service here only went there for any service, they were unable to take car of my car because of short staff, I was hesitant to go somewhere else but I needed my car fixed! Not only did this location have easy availability they washed my car after getting service and that has NEVER happened at the Upper Marlboro location. The service center is clean and All the staff I interacted with was friendly! I’d definitely recommend someone here and don’t plan to go back to the Upper Marlboro location for my regular maintenance. More
