Well, there is one small thing. There was a chip of paint on driver's door after service, it had grease around the chip the suggest it happened in the shop. You have a sign that states not responsible for damage to vehicle. So employees should be more careful with customers vehicles. And at least notify customer of damage. Now the service is much faster new it was with sheehy which is a good thing. And this is the first time my vehicle has been damaged during service. I hope it's the last time thanks. J Haskel More

The appointment was easy to make. When I arrived, Mandy Smith, the Service Desk agent was cordial and professional as she processed the necessary administrative check-in, took my car When I arrived, Mandy Smith, the Service Desk agent was cordial and professional as she processed the necessary administrative check-in, took my car key and walked me out to my car. We discovered that my key bob needed a battery, so Mandy installed a new battery at no charge. The service work took about an hour at which I decided to wait in their comfortable lounge sipping a hot cup of coffee. The time passed rather quickly when Mandy approached me with my key bob stating the work was complete. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and the amazing customer service. I highly recommend Banister Ford as the best Ford service department in the DC metro area. More
