I never get the service asked for my service button is never reset so it still says need service. I do not know why you have an early morning service if techs do not come in or the part shop does not open never reset so it still says need service. I do not know why you have an early morning service if techs do not come in or the part shop does not open at the same time so you have to wait additional hours. They never wash your car and you have to request a service report. Just disappointed overall More
I had a scheduled appointment at 08:00 the representative, Mrs. Jackson, stated that I would be done by 12:30 and that she would give me a call. At 5:10 I contacted the dealership requesting a representative, Mrs. Jackson, stated that I would be done by 12:30 and that she would give me a call. At 5:10 I contacted the dealership requesting a status of my vehicle only to be told that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon arrival to the dealership, Jackson and other team members were sitting around while phones were ringing customers were waiting and I was ignored. When asked why it took so long to receive a call or notification she only apologized and said she was sorry for not calling sooner. This is completely unacceptable. More
