The service was great but the manager was horrible. I made my appointment and requested shuttle service back to my house only to find out once I got to the service center that the vehicle was out of se I made my appointment and requested shuttle service back to my house only to find out once I got to the service center that the vehicle was out of service. I asked to speak with the manager and she never came and talk to me about the situation. I waited for about 15 mins and she never talked to me.
