On average, the wait time to have your vehicle serviced is about 3-5 hours so if you have any plans do not sit and wait around for your vehicle. I would recommend to drop it off and pick it up later. I have filled out a survey previously, however I will give a shorter review. This dealership was very disorganized from the start of our transaction. We had outside financing and you would have thought give a shorter review. This dealership was very disorganized from the start of our transaction. We had outside financing and you would have thought that our time at Banister would have been much quicker, No Such Luck! We were given so many different messages to come pickup our vehicle. On one hand we were told they were waiting with vehicle ready and in ten minutes, we were called by the salesman we were dealing with and told it would be ready at 5:00pm, mind you, it was about 11:30 am. Then we were called again to say they are waiting, and what time could we be there. So, we started on our way, even though we had pushed back a previous doctor's appointment we had for that day. In about another 20 minutes of our ride to the dealership, the salesman called again and said, no 5:00pm. So I told them just let us know when you guys get the communication going because we have other things to do. It was finally established that we could pick it up at 5pm. Once there, we sat and sat and sat, while the manager and employees told jokes and no one seemed to want to work. The new, young salesman was forced to run around with paperwork for us to sign, blank paperwork, I might add. Of course we refued to sign anything with a buch of blank fill in lines so he took it back. I believe the younbg man was only following instructions of the manager, who was the jokester, with employees laughing along. We handed him the temporary car insurance card, which he immediately went off to copy...and that somehow got misplaced a day later because I was called, on my way to work the next day and asked for the insurance information. I responded by letting the salesman know, they would not have allowed us to drive off of the parking lot without having that paper in hand. This was suppose to be the shorter version of our experience, but I felt this needed to be considered and this business really needs to step up it's game. Let me end this by saying, the young man that waited on us, was doing his very best. He was very business oriented and was following the instructions of a person who should have conducted himself in a more professional and efficient manner (which he didn't). We would not recommend this business to anyone because their lack of organization, inefficient handling of important documents, and waste of our valuable time. But, one of the best problems we saw was the very uncomfortable position they put, not only one, but two of their newest salesmen in, was unforgivable. Both of them did their very best, despite the lack of guidance they received from people who should have shown more knowledge of their own years of experience. More
