Quick turn around for repairs and an attentive associate to work with. The only issue I had was trying to get info on my car but Davonte was off that day. Scheduled to have my work vehicle get an oil change and tire rotation. Once I got to my appointment, I was told that there were no lifts available and I will only get an oil change. There was no communicat tire rotation. Once I got to my appointment, I was told that there were no lifts available and I will only get an oil change. There was no communication letting me know that this would be an issue until I got there. Rotating my tires for my work vehicle is critical to the life of my tires due to moving a lot of cargo. I was told that there would be a notation on the account and the ticket that I can come back and get a rotation, but there was no note. I paid for the maintenance plan when I got the vehicle and now when it’s time for me to get a service, I cannot get the full maintenance service that it requires. This whole experience has encompass bad Customer Service in the lack of communication. More

I purchased a car and rode in it for 3 months before they told me the deal didn’t go through with the bank so I had to return the car and start the buying process all over again then when I got the car it ha told me the deal didn’t go through with the bank so I had to return the car and start the buying process all over again then when I got the car it had 2 bent rims so when I told the manger they said they couldn’t do anything about it so I got stuck with a 2000 dollar repair bill I have to pay out of pocket if they didn’t have my credit ran already I would’ve never went back in the first place the manger that was dealing with my problem got fried and the next manger came in was all clueless on the whole process even tho I had eye witnesses there this dealer is a 0/10 do not recommend again More
