Lucky Friday 13th They say Friday 13th is Bad Luck Day but I would have to beg to differ because of the Great Staff at Marlow Heights. Sean identified the need, analyzed all our concerns and gave us positive feedback. At the end he helped us reach our goal. We came in with a plan and walked out with a smile on our face. Sean greatest quality was his ability to listen. He allowed us to talk without any interruptions (he establish right off the back a "customer first attitude"). Great Customer Service I've never had a better experience buying a car then I did at Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights. I drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase a used car for my daught I've never had a better experience buying a car then I did at Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights. I drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase a used car for my daughter and it was worth the drive! The staff was amazing from the Internet Sales Director, Nicole to our Sales Team Member, Evelyn. The General Manager, Tony, checked in on us during the entire sale which is something I have never experienced before! I will definitely go back to this dealership next time I purchase a vehicle and would definitely recommend them to a friend! Great experience! More
