From the time I pulled up, the gentlemen that greeted me with instructions was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Once inside, I was greeted by several individuals to ensure I was being taken with instructions was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Once inside, I was greeted by several individuals to ensure I was being taken care of. Quitana assisted, while training a new employee took care of me like I was a VIP. I was informed during the process, the waiting area was very clean and well kept. Upon checking out, everything was explained and I decided to express my happiness of the visit with the service manager and GM. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with also. I will be doing business and recommending Banister Ford of Marlow Heights to many of my friends and family. Great job! Keep up the excellent service. More
