My experience with Sheehy Ford's sales/finance team was the best experience that I have ever experienced during a car purchase experience. My initial contact with Jonathan Slaughter, he was both knowledge the best experience that I have ever experienced during a car purchase experience. My initial contact with Jonathan Slaughter, he was both knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He was very patient with me and my husband and did not pressure us into buying at all. This alone was impressive. I have had experience where you feel pressured, unprepared and just plain overwhelmed -- I was very relunctant to go car shopping and did not get involved with the experience at all, my husband always handled our car buying. I hated haggling, the pressure to buy out of your budget range and the hidden agenda that always showed up at the finance table. This time it was not like that, I explained my finaces and what I wanted and could afford and the Sheey Ford Team of Marlow Heights made it happen. My finance experience was unlike any I've ever exprienced. I left feeling like I got exactly what I was told from beginning to end. He discussed extended warranty's the pricing and the benefits and left it totally up to me and my husband to make the final call "without pressure" and we ended up with the best coverage to fit our specific needs. I believe his title is floor manager "Zil" he was always friendly and monitored the deal from beginning to end and he allowed each staffer to perform their jobs without taking over and flexing his authority. He let us know that he was there to assist his team in any way possible to bring our deal to a close and that's exactly what happend. Each team member did their job to perfection and always with the mindset of going the extra mile for customer satisfaction, something that is totally lacking in today's society. I hate spending my money when I have to deal with hostile, angry employees who seem like I'm an inconvenience for coming into their establishment at all. I was thoroughly impressed from the moment we drove onto the lot. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, she acknowledge us as soon as we entered the showroom and let us know if there was anything we needed to make our visit a good one, just let her know. The experience was hard enough, due financial reasons it was best for me to down size on my vehicle. I originally drove a Lincoln and now own a 2010 Ford Fusion which I have grown to love and appreciate it high performnce and definitely the gas mileage alone is a big plus. When Jonathan originally mentioned it, I was very apprehensive about it and the more he talked and explained the benefits and the type of car that it was, I began to relax. When I saw that sleek black machine pull up, I was sold! But trust and believe I will be back in the future for two of my dream vehicles and they are the "Expedition" and another "Lincoln" but that in the future, but hopefully not to distant. In the meantime I will continue to enjoy my 2010 "Sleek Black" Fusion. I've had my first service on my Fusion and during my purchase we enrolled in the VIP service program. I unsure what to expect, but I thought, well they have done and held up everything that they said during my purchase process and now it's time to check out the "VIP" package. I was totally over the top when I took my vehicle in, they already had me registered. I went to a very crowed waiting room, but my wait time was almost non existent! When they called my name I thought there was a problem because it was such a quick turn around. My contact's name was Mike and he too had a totally professional and helpful manner about him. He smiled and said, Ms. Wiggins you are all done. I couldn't believe it, I said really, he replied of course you are one of our VIP customers. He smiled scheduled my next appointment and I was on my way to my next appointment for the day! Go Sheehy Team! I will definitely recommend Sheey Ford of Marlow Heights to family and friends and I will be a return customer for my future car needs! I went in to look at the new 2010 Ford Fusion and after receiving excellent customer service from Dakota Butler and a great deal I drove off the lot in my new Fusion. I was very impressed by Mr. Butler's professionalism and detailed knowledge of the various options and models of the car and he was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about which model would be best for me. I would highly recommend both this dealership and Dakota, in particular, to anyone looking for a new Ford. More

I am writing to commend Sheehy Ford and especially Mr. Barry Parks for the outstanding service I received during my recent vehicle purchase. I went to several other local Ford dealers and called several others in my search for a specific Ford Expedition EL, but had no success nor received the same service that I got at Sheehy. I would like you to know what a great job Mr. Parks did in locating and obtaining the Ford Expedition EL that I wanted. Mr. Parks was very helpful, straight forward, and there was no feeling of pressure to buy other vehicles. I asked Mr. Parks if he could find an Expedition EL with specific features. He followed up and found one with 95% of the features that I had requested plus some additional features. I would highly recommend him to others. He is an excellent salesman, a diligent worker, and very knowledgeable. Thank you and Mr. Parks for making my purchase of a pre-owned SUV a pleasurable experience. More

By negotiating an out-the-door price ahead of time, I can focus on the car when I get there, and not what I'm going to pay for it. I shopped around for two weeks looking for exactly what would make my mother happy, but most dealerships didn't carry the base model {Fusion-S, I4, automatic} and there were very few base models in the color she wanted, smokestone metallic. I found 4 dealerships that had the model car that I wanted. Waldorf gave me the lowest quote of the group, but had the car in silver, not smokestone. I emailed the quote to Sheehy Ford of Marlo Heights and received a prompt and courteous "CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!! Mr Taylor today or tonite [sic] only $18,500 on the road see you tonoite [sic]" Dakota went over the details of the car and presented it to us clean, except for the inside windshield, and ready to go. We took a test drive without Dakota and that gave us a candid chance to talk about the car. We filled up the car's gas tank since we didn't know if we would pass another gas station on the way home. When we returned, he went through our owner's manual and described the roadside assistance and warranties. Then he mentioned vouchers that he would give us for a full tank of gas. It would have been handy to know that before, but they may have been saving that as a surprise. Instead they agreed to send us a check to reimburse us for the money we spent on gas. This took only fifteen minutes so we were ready to go to the finance department. We had a check from Navy Federal and had already researched GAP insurance, unemployment insurance, VIP Service and other extras and decided we didn't need them. I thought it would be quick. 40 minutes later we were still waiting to be processed. We wandered around the show room while my wife and daughter played in the break room with some toys provided by the dealership. I was unhappy with how long we had to wait, given that we had an appointment and they knew we had a sole transaction to make. Once we were in the finance room, things went smoothly and we were out in 15 minutes. If they follow though with responsibilities and mail us the tags as they said they would, I will buy from them again.... ....if they had the lowest price. More

The first time I went to this dealer, the salesperson was really helpful and gave me free reign ina Mustang Mach 1 test drive. I did not buy a car at that time since I could not decide on a car.<br><br>I went to this dealer for a scheduled test with a different salesperson a few months later, but the salesperson was late. I did talk to another sales rep who was very sorry for his tardiness. Because I waited so long, I did not have time for another test drive, but I will be going back. The salespersons are much nicer than any I have encountered int he DC area! More
In November 2002 I purchased a used Explorer 2002 from Sheey Ford. Since the vehicle was almost out of warranty, I paid $200 for an Easy Care extended warranty. On June 1, 2004 I brought the vehicle int Sheey Ford. Since the vehicle was almost out of warranty, I paid $200 for an Easy Care extended warranty. On June 1, 2004 I brought the vehicle into the service dept. for repair. I was informed that there was no record of my having an extended warranty. I was told I would have to see Mike Caruso to get this resolved. The next day I stopped by the dealer and left a copy of my Easy Care receipt and cancelled check for Mike Caruso. One week later I have not heard from Mike Caruso, despite repeated phone calls on my part. Customer service seems to be something this Ford dealer is not interested in. My next step is a letter to Vince Sheehy, CEO, and the Better Business Bureau. More
