I was so overjoyed with the service I received at the Ford Dealership on Auth Road in Marlow Heights. I was told my application for the purchase of my Sheehy Mazda was not approved; I was terrified, beca Ford Dealership on Auth Road in Marlow Heights. I was told my application for the purchase of my Sheehy Mazda was not approved; I was terrified, because I did have another car. I have worked most of my life and now at the age of 66, I needed to buy another car! Ms. Crusa was so friendly, professional with a spirit of business but not an overbearing type spirit. She was also reassuring that she could make something happen. As she left her office, I prayed to God for a blessing, not knowing what it would be, just a blessing I needed. When she returned and gave me news that I could purchase a a brand new car, because I had been approved, I literally think I stop breathing. I looked at her in disbelief! I love my job and I have love for this lady who did not know me from anybody, but she took the time to help me!! I pray for nothing but good things and many blessings to come her way. The salesman Ray (I for got his last name, but will never will forget his face nor his smile) was also a delight. He made me laugh and he was also a child of God. What more can a person ask for!! I will always refer people to Sheehy Ford, a company I never thought I would purchase a vehicle from! THANK YOU SHEEHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

2 times they were to add an "We owe" item to my newly purchased car. 2 times they failed to get it done. What a wonderful car-buying experience! My wife and I came to your dealership on Saturday, March 26, 2011. We were met at the door with friendly staff who obtained our vital info, etc. They were very h came to your dealership on Saturday, March 26, 2011. (Full disclosure, I’m from Michigan, knew I wanted to buy a car from a Detroit-based company that didn’t take a bail-out, and I came in prepared to buy.) Needless to say I was pre-disposed to buy a Ford. Couple that with the fact that the new redesign of the Explorer is OUTSTANDING, you guys “had me at hello”. Despite that, as a seasoned shopper, I did my best to play it cool. Almost immediately, your sales manager, Shawn, met us up front and explained the situation…. 2011 Explorers are in short supply and none were in stock. At which point he introduced us to Jonathan Slaughter, a wonderful sales representative. Jonathan was great to work with and informed us that he would do his best to let us know when the next shipment of 2011 Explorers would arrive. True to his word, Jonathan promptly sent me an email just as 5 vehicles were being delivered, and I came in the next day (3/30/2011). I was instantly sold. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions and faulty computer systems, we were unable to close on March 30. Despite these obstacles, Jonathan and Shawn made arrangements to take me to the Sheehy Nissan dealership down the road to make sure I could drive my new car home that night. To my amazement, they stayed with me until almost 11:30pm to finalize some short-term paperwork. Furthermore, they kept my contract open so I would be able to take advantage of your current lease program, which I eventually finalized the following week. That portion of my car buying experience was exceptional!! HOWEVER, if I may offer some constructive criticism, the closing portion of the buying experience leaves much to be desired. I had to return to the dealership 3 times to finalize the paperwork on my lease. It is understandable that credit approvals and working with outside vendors takes time, and finding the best financial option for a customer does not occur immediately. Nonetheless, it seems almost inexcusable that your exceptional sales staff is equipped with hardware and software that cannot weather a simple rainstorm or that collapses whenever inclement weather should befall our area. I can only hope that you would invest in hardware and software that can keep pace with your exceptional sales staff and support personnel. I look forward to seeing your staff for my VIP Maintenance checks and leasing a new Ford in 2013 when my current lease expires. I can only hope that by that time your computer systems are able to support your wonderful staff and the growing demand. More
Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are using their auto repair center to embezzle money from their customers. I originally took my car in to get dealership I have ever dealt with. They are using their auto repair center to embezzle money from their customers. I originally took my car in to get the airbags fixed and was told that the airbags were fine. 3 visits later, 2 random repairs which were reccomended by the dealership and $2,000.00 spent I was then told that my airbags need to be replaced for $800. The chain of evenst all occured within a one month time frame. I would never recommend anyone take their vehicle to this dealership unless they want to robbed, lied to, and receive overall terrible auto service and customer service.I have given this dealership this rating because they are beyond awful in repairing cars. The mechanics are incompetent and are horrible at what they are "supposed" to do. If you plan on getting your Ford or Lincoln fixed Please, Please,Please DO NOT take it to Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights. This establishment is useless. If you decide to utilize their services be prepared to spend more money than expected and to not have your problem resolved. Regards, Irritated Robery Victim More
My husband returned to Sheehy and explained to them everything that we went through with dealing with getting our car fixed. Immediately, Ms. Caruso did everything she could to take care of the probl everything that we went through with dealing with getting our car fixed. Immediately, Ms. Caruso did everything she could to take care of the problem and we are very happy with the results so far. Hopefully it won't need another service trip for a awhile. Thank you SHEEHY for taking the time to LISTEN!! That's all we ever wanted. More
This is the only dealership I know that takes your money first before even fixing your car. They are just awful.
