From the moment I walked into the Sheehy Ford Dealership, the impeccable customer service and attention to my needs was unparalleled. Ms. Paula Caruso who so graciously assured me that I would get the attention to detail and service that I am looking for, introduced me to my sales representative Ms. Glenda Bradley. In all my years of having bought cars in the past, I must say that Ms. Glenda Bradley surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I took a seat at her desk, and provided her with a brief description of what I was looking for, she was able to narrow down what type of vehicle I was looking for and in no time at all, I was able to see that vehicle. Ms. Bradley was an expert in explaining the new features of the 2012 Ford Escape to me, including all the software and technological enhancements and features especially the "Sync" feature which she demonstrated to me with precision. It was her demonstration of the Sync features that helped me decide that this was the car I wanted to purchase. In the past, I have always loathed going to purchase cars at dealerships because of the tendency for sales reps to try to get you in something you really don't want or can't afford. But for the first time in my adult life, this is THE BEST car-buying experience in the capable hands of Ms. Bradley, that I won't soon forget. As I tend to be a stickler for good customer service, Ms. Glenda Bradley handled my entire transaction with patience, professionalism and a positive attitude. I completed my purchase and out the door in no time. I am very pleased with my new baby! I was refered to Ray Owens because my salesman for the past three trucks I purchased from Sheehy, Sony, was unavalable. I was considering going to another dealer but am so happy I did not. Walking thru the showroom, service department and parking area I was always greated with a warm hello from everyone. It reminded me of being on vacation in Disneyworld. Everyone seemed to be on the same page it felt good to be appreciated. My new salesman Ray Owens looked for the truck I wanted not something he wanted to sell me. He dident sell me the car he listened and let me buy the car. Tiffany was there working with the both of us with very good prices and help in finding a car I wanted. The discounts and Markdowns given were so genourous that for a very brief moment I was wondering if I was taking advantage of them! This was going so good to this point I was waiting for the shoe to drop. Traded in my truck which I have never done in the past 25 years of buyng cars. I was offerd a fair trade amount from Mr Scott Manor, I was truly surprised I am begining to feel im in the twilight zone...nothing is happining like I thought it would. Last hurdel...the finance manager. Id rather go to the dentist than deal with a finance manager. Turns out this man Troy is a Marine veteran as am I. Needless to say the UCMJ article 15 went well in my favor. Obviously my experience with Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights was above my expectation. I hope the F-150 truck performs as well. More

My experience with Glenda was nothing short of amazing. She never forgot my name and she always made sure I was taken care of through the whole process from beginning to end. I had a very bad experience with Eastern Motors with the last car I financed, and long story short I will never go back there again (you couldn't pay me). The Eastern Motors company didn't even offer me gap insurance!!!!!! By the time I was ready to make my purchase, Glenda and Troy had everything ready for me before I could even walk through the door. I wouldn't recommend any other dealership or brand of car for that matter, because Glenda made me realize why Ford is the best make of car to own. I love my new car, and I really appreciate that Glenda not once tried to talk me out of the car of my dreams, and sell me a car I don't even like really (hint hint Eastern Motors). I will be purchasing my next car from this dealership, and I never want to deal with anyone else but Glenda. More

She knew which car I wanted based off a search I had done online, and had that car ready and waiting for me to test drive. She was honest and respectful. We quickly started the pricing options and was given very honest information. I had come to Sheehy Ford prepared to use my own financing. Troy recommended we try the financing options available. Troy treated me with respect and was very honest as well. He got me an amazing rate!!! I really can't say enough about my experience except that I was treated individually and with the utmost amounts of respect. Thank You Glenda! Thank You Troy! My car had the "check engine" light on, when my cousin took it to the service dept. they told him it would cost $113 just to use the computer to check the engine. After the analysis they did not find anything wrong with the engine but they found some "plug" that was disconnected under the hood and was not properly connected back which was causing the light to be on. Giving that the last person to go under the hood of the car was the service technicians just 2 weeks prior for routine oil change, i feel that the service advisor should have realized that the mistake could have possibly part of the techs doing. But when I tried to explain that possibility to him, since i know for a fact no one else has gone under the hood of the car, he did not care and did not offer any apologies or any price reduction..I've always taken my car to your dealership since I've moved here almost 3 years ago, but from now on I will be taking my car to a different place. From the phone call explaining the issue I was having with my truck, to the experience upon arrival, The service provided to me today was absolutely TOP NOTCH! I was there a less than 2 hours! Before I even got out of my vehicle a very kind gentleman was there to put down the protective mat, I was barely in my seat in the Customer Lounge before my truck was taken back! Less than 30 minutes, Les came back to tell me the problem, and the cost. About 30 minutes later I was called by the cashier (who also was extremely kind). I've been a car owner for well over 20 years, and I have never, EVER expierenced such EXCELLENCE in Service, from the phone call in to the dealership to cashing out with the cashier. My last vehicle was Foreign luxury, and I never received the level of service I recceived today! Way to go Les, and Sheehy Ford Marlow Heights, MD Service Dept. as a whole! Outstanding service. I know where I will be coming for service from this point forward, also when I'm in the market to purchase a new truck, this will be the dealership of choice for me! Satisified new customer :-) More
