Sean was my point of contact and left no questions unanswered. He made sure I knew of all my options. After working with Sean and Frances, I was able to walk away my first car ever! I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima with under 28k miles for a great price. Now that's a steal! Thanks Sheehy for my awesome purchase. I was referred to go to Sheehy by a friend, but I still wanted to check around the other dealerships to ensure that I got a great price. I went to three other dealerships and decided to go to Sheehy last. I finally got to Sheehy and after sitting there talking to Sean and Phil, it made me wonder why I didn't just come here in the first place. Sean was very informative about the car, the features, and the price of the car. Phil was very attentive to my needs about finance, the test drive with him was smooth and informative and he even made me tea to soothe help me relax. The manager Fred, he reassured me that the price was the lowest in the area for the features of the car and provided proof of that price. I knew that they had earned my trust and my business after that because I wasted a whole day price comparing and haggling when I could have just came to Sheehy. They even gave me a good trade in value despite my car being in the condition that it was in. The finance manager Fran was also very helpful in regards to the paperwork and everything that needed to be done so I could drive the car home. Sean made sure the car was clean and full of gas (which was unexpected because gas is pricey and the car looked beautiful freshly washed). My experience here was by far the best because I was not pressured into buying a car, they did not talk down on other dealerships like others normally do, the service here was very personal and not stuck up like some dealerships are, the dealership was clean and warm (sort of like a home feel), the price comparison and the attention to detail as far as my car was concern was excellent, the people who drove my car around was very friendly and gave me some good tips about maintaining the car and the list goes on and on. If you want good service, people who care about you and not just getting a car off the lot, and the best deals, go to Sheehy Ford in Marlow Heights. More

I brought my truck in to Sheehy in early January 2014 for servicing due to the engine light that came on in the truck. After paying for the repairs to the part of the engine that was diagnosed, unfortunatel servicing due to the engine light that came on in the truck. After paying for the repairs to the part of the engine that was diagnosed, unfortunately, the engine light came back on 2 additional times within the same month causing me to return the truck to Sheehy's service department both times while the mechanic sighted additional problems and requested that I pay for the added repairs each time I brought it in. Although the truck is quite up in age (2001, w/190,000 miles), to say the least, I was concerned that I was being confronted with unexpected added charges and truck return inconveniences while stating to the Sheehy mechanics that the same engine light within the same month should not incur such ongoing fees and constant returns. While I have been a long standing customer with bringing my vehicle to the service department consistently since I purchased it, to say the least, I was beginning to feel a bit let down by Sheehy. After asking to speak to Derrick Pendergrass (GM), who returned my call promptly, he wasn’t having any of it. Mr. Pendergrass took the time to review the matter, explained my trucks situation and how he planned to resolve it, and he did it with reasoning that was easy for me to accept as a customer. He seemed appreciative of the fact that I had not only been a loyal customer to Sheehy, but he handled my circumstance with personable interest, understanding, and professionalism which I have to confess restored my confidence in Sheehy. Customer service skills are certainly one of his teachable talents in my opinion. Thanks Mr. Pendergrass. More
