"Sheehy and Les- Together they're the best" I took my truck by yesterday after work because I had "unfortunately " taken it to "Bob Bell Ford" in Glen Burnie, Md. at 6:45 a.m. on Saturday to hav I took my truck by yesterday after work because I had "unfortunately " taken it to "Bob Bell Ford" in Glen Burnie, Md. at 6:45 a.m. on Saturday to have the works done, and to use $29+ in rewards. I waited close to 2 hours to be told they could not get the wheel locks off so they did not rotate the tires. They said the lock lug nuts were on to tight from a previous "Works" visit. I told them I had to make a long 8 hour trip each way to go see my wife in the hospital and I wanted to insure the truck was sound and safe before going. Angry that I wasted my time going there to save money and not Sheehy, I went to the cashier who told me my rewards had just expired the day before and it would be $40.27. Again I was outraged at the poor customer service and told the cashier I had a card to get a $10 rebate at least. She said they couldn't honor it because technically I didn't have the "works" done since they couldn't get the wheel locks off because they are not allowed to use an air gun on wheel locks and apparently their guys aren't man enough to get the wheel locks off manually. (Insane) I called their service manager twice yesterday (Monday). I left messages on his voice mail and spoke to service advisors and left my name and number and asked that Rick Bolewski call me. He did not return my calls or messages. Very disheartening customer service. Terrible way to run a business. I went to see Les Ashburn at Sheehy in Marlow Heights and showed him the invoice form Bob Bell Ford and explained to him what happened and that I needed to insure the truck was sound and safe so I could travel 440 miles each way to go see my wife who is very ill in a hospital in Huntington, WV. Les I could see was busy and dropped everything to see to my needs. He had a technician take the truck back and check it out. A short time afterwards (20) minutes, they brought my truck out to me, tires rotated, brakes and under-carriage checked, air pressure and more. Fantastic job Guys! No problem with the wheel locks. Les said he would have his son Les Ashburn Jr. send in both invoices today and try to get me my $10 rebate. Wow what service. I told him that was not necessary because it was my fault for going to Bob Bell Ford to begin with. I've tried to be loyal to Sheehy Ford and I learned my lesson not to stray. True testimony to first class service and people. Les Ashburn, Jr. and his father Les Ashburn have always given me great service and it's truly obvious they are all about customer service and Ford Quality #1. Everyone at Sheehy treats me with respect and they are friendly, knowledgeable, and they stand behind their service and customer first. And to make sure people know just how great this dealership is, Les would not charge me for the service they performed. Even though I asked to pay my fair share for the tire rotation, he wouldn't hear of it. I am truly thankful to Sheehy Ford and all the wonderful people who work there for their dedication to the customer and their needs. I can now go see my wife at Cabell Huntington Hospital in West Virginia and feel safe in my truck on a long distance drive. I have always been a Ford man. Learned that from my dad. Went out of their way to get me the car I wanted I had originally went to another Sheehy Ford dealership to get the car I was looking at but they told me it was actually at the Marlow Heights locatio I had originally went to another Sheehy Ford dealership to get the car I was looking at but they told me it was actually at the Marlow Heights location. When I got there the salesman, Dwayne knew right away what I was looking for. The car was in the shop at the time but they still took me through to see it. I got a test drive the next day and started the paperwork. In my situation, I couldn't get approved for a loan from anyone and they said they couldn't sell me this car. I went and picked out a cheaper car when Dwayne came out said that they were working on something and were going to get me the car I wanted. After a lot of work and string pulling I got an awesome car at great rate. I couldn't be happier with this dealer. They really take care of their customers especially the military buyers. Seeing how some these guys are former military themselves they knew all about the situation I was in and worked hard to get me a new car. More
