After a terrible experience at Ourisman Ford where they quoted me one price and when I went to the dealership increased it by $4K, I had the most refreshing experience at Sheehy thanks to Sean Mason. He quoted me a walk out price (included tax, tag, title, and fee) which did not change upon my arrival. He took the time to show me every button, bobble, and gadget in my new super-cute Ford Fiesta (Ford has come a long way since the 80s). I made it clear what my priorities were and he did not attempt to oversell me--he did make my options clear, but did not push when I said no. That might not be a sales-manager's dream--but it was mine. I negotiate for a living, so I understand the need to 'convince,' but he was not pushy. I left with a better warranty than I had planned on, but feel like I got my money's worth. When he introduced me to Ricardo the finance-wizard, Ricardo had the same salesmanship style as Sean--he provided me with options while keeping my priorities in mind. I posted (to several social media sites) my awful experience at the OTHER dealership--and have followed up with an update about my great experience at Sheehy (including names). When the time comes to purchase again, I know I'll come back to Sheehy! More

The dealership had their issues but my credit isn't the best so of course everything go took extra long. If you do decide to come to this location the best sales person is G (Glenda) she didn't actuall the best so of course everything go took extra long. I recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Sheehy Ford Marlow Heights. It was a wonderful experience. I was looking for a new car within a certain payment range and they definitely worked with me to make it ha Heights. It was a wonderful experience. I was looking for a new car within a certain payment range and they definitely worked with me to make it happen. I am very indecisive and find it hard to make big decisions, however this didn't alter Glenda or Paula Caruso's service. Glenda was very helpful with finding the cars I needed to test drive and no matter how many times my indecisiveness sent her back out on the lot she always came back with a smile. Paula was also more than patient with me as I bounced between the Focus and the Fiesta. She gave me all the information I needed in regards to gas mileage and safety specs. When I finally made my decision on the Ford Fiesta they both worked to find me the car I wanted in the color I wanted and with the options I wanted. Ricardo was also extremely helpful and made the usually stressful environment of a finance office a pleasant and stress free experience. It was a magnificent experience and I couldn't be happier with my car (it's silver and awesome). Since buying my car I've told many coworkers, friends, and family members about the Sheehy Ford in Marlow heights and express my sincere satisfaction with the customer service and product. Side note, I was also allowed to sign their pink explorer in honor of a friend for their Breast Cancer program which they were all very serious and dedicated about.
