Paid cash for a used vehicle for my son in grad school, with issues they did not disclose. They listed the vehicle with having new brakes, which turned out to be false. The mileage om the registration did with issues they did not disclose. They listed the vehicle with having new brakes, which turned out to be false. The mileage om the registration did not match the mileage on the title when I received it and they had no explanation. They did not disclose that the vehicle had three open recalls, blamed it on carfax. Unable to drive the vehicle and not getting satisfactory responses. I set up a meeting With the service manager. When I arrived to serve his manager said, I didn't set up a meeting with him and instead blamed it on their AI system. While standing there with the service manager and the owner Mr Banister himself, the receptionist calls to confirm that I had arrived for the appointment. I guess now they're going to blame the receptionist. Sat down with the owner he gave me his email address and phone number and said, if any further issues to reach out to him directly, but they would take care of the brakes and try to resolve the other issues. Reached out to the owner since haven't heard from him. Took the car to them to have them replace the brakes as promised, when I got it back they had only replaced the front brakes. The service technician told me she was told to only replace the front brakes. I called again to resolve this issue and had to return the vehicle so that they could replace the rear brakes as promised. I have bought many used cars in my day and this is by far the worst experience. More

Coming to find out that my Xtracare plan didn't cover my outside core of my vehicle. The extra care covers part of core, and is limited different types of rentals under the extra care exceptions. Is part of the core, is not covered. And was not given a list of parts that this extra care covers. I bought a 2015 chevy silverado from banister ford. Now I was told to go through the chevrolet dealer. To work within ford coverage and get the part installed through chevrolet dealership, I had to do just to find out. That my coverage was that I have they gave me doesn't cover what they say it covers. Customer Service didn't know what was going on. It took me a whole week, just to find out that they didn't know what coverage does what. 👎👎👎👎 More
