We could not locate any similar situation of what you're describing here. In addition, the employee "Lonnie" that you're referring to has never been an employee of Banister Automotive. I’m not sure why my records aren’t findable, as I was just there in May 2024 and April 2024. I never mentioned “Lonnie” so perhaps, you are responding to the wrong service. I rated the advisors in no particular manner. I have since PCS’d to Maryland, where I am finally able to get an HONEST diagnostic of my vehicle. I can provide you with my records but again, I live in Maryland. Banister of Hampton failed me, and I question the amount of others you are failing. I was provided an inspection list indicating all green indicators with my vehicle, only for my calipers to lock up on me, during my trip to Maryland. COMPLETELY UNSAT AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW SAVES SOMEONE $1600.
