Not sure who's fault it is but my AC went out and it was previously serviced unsatisfactory as there was a hissing noise in my AC but I didn't bring it in because it did work. I went in originally for routine oil change to get car back supposedly all good. To returning it due to dash board notification shifter service, engine light on, windshield wipers going off. Unable to dri back supposedly all good. To returning it due to dash board notification shifter service, engine light on, windshield wipers going off. Unable to drive transmission in D notifications at least 76 codes. Then I spent money to get it towed to shop. Then they state I-need an engine.Now I’m upset I state what did you’ll do to my vehicle . It was working prior to the change. I go through the company for repair assistance due to the negligence on their part. They agree to assist with damages particularly. I then wait until able and purchase the Engine. They put the engine in the car and complete an inspection now they say I’m all clear after waiting 2 months. Now a day later same issue codes at least 76 same problem. Now they tow my vehicle back to the shop and stated it’s the battery. The battery is getting charged for two hours they give it back to me. Ok it worked for about two days. Now they tow again back to the shop. They continue to state battery issue. They plan to replace the battery now. I’m at this point over it. I’m financially drained. I’m catching Ubers too work , maxed out my rental when I originally put it in the shop. I’m out of pocket at this point over 8,000 and still don’t have my car. So this rating speaks for itself. I’m furious!! More

Their sales staff is friendly and receptive. Their maintenance staff leaves something to be desired. It would seems there's a disconnect between service representatives and mechanics. I was charged and told an issue was resolved, but I kept paying all sort of repairs either related or directly associated to the cause. I was told in every instance the matter was resolved... and yet the matter persists today. They attentive, cordial, and offer perks no other dealer inthe area offers. Unfortunately, that is not enough if the people you entrust your vehicle to cannot produce the expected result. More
