I contacted the dealership about a pre-owned Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro on Wednesday, Feb 1 for $41,990. Tina informed me they were closed, but someone would be in touch the next day. No one called me the 4Runner TRD Pro on Wednesday, Feb 1 for $41,990. Tina informed me they were closed, but someone would be in touch the next day. No one called me the next day, but Bernard reached out on the morning of Feb 3 to inform me the car was available for $43,990. I asked if he could send me some pictures of the vehicle related to the undercarriage and interior -- the posted pictures showed the vehicle prior to being detailed. I let Bernard know that upon inspecting the pictures I would be happy to discuss working towards purchasing the car. Bernard never sent pictures and I followed up with a request. Late that evening, after 9PM, I received another email from Tina asking if I received all the information I requested and if it was helpful. I said no. She was going to let her manager know. On Feb 4 I received a text that the vehicle was sold. The disorganization and sketchiness of this dealership speaks volumes. Raising the price when there is interest is smarmy business. More

WE went to Winner's Circle in search of a specific car in their inventory. The appointment went well and they had the car waiting for us when we arrived. Juilian, our salesman was very personable and did a their inventory. The appointment went well and they had the car waiting for us when we arrived. Juilian, our salesman was very personable and did a good job of hosting us. Negotiating our deal was a bit tenuous as I had a difficult time getting the "used car manager" to listen to me and not just go through his programmed pitch. The deal that we got was reasonable. The processing time to go through 3 or 4 people took 4 hours for a cash sale. We are happy with the vehicle and the trade value that we received for ours. More
