My experience was less than a 10. First of all, I was told it would take 4-6 hours to change the spark plugs in my Lexus RX450hr by your master mechanic. Upon arrival day of appointment, one person told me in 3 hours my car would be ready. I questioned that, so another person tells me 6 hours. I receive a message that my car is ready for pickup at 1:21. It was about 4 hours to change spark plugs and flush out my old coolant. I left your service department feeling overcharged by $230 (service rate is at $115/hour). I asked to speak with the manager, but was told they had left for the day. I feel I should be charged for the time it actually took to professionally perform the service by your trained master mechanic. Missing an “estimated” time by 2 hours was very costly to me. I will definitely be giving careful consideration before having work done at the Toyota service department in Greenwood, SC in the future. More
I had a 9 a. m. appointment for tires and rotation. It was 11:45 before they finished. She said my appointment was at 10:30, but I spoke with Courtney who made it at 9:00. I was there at 8:50. I was spending a lot, in my opinion, and no one seemed to appreciate it. Everyone else in the waiting area was updated on the progress of their service work. Not once did anyone come in and say anything to me. More

Carfax alerted me to an airbag recall on our Toyota Venza. Ballentine Toyota made a next day appointment. Upon inspection, it was determined our car needed a new airbag module.
