This experience could have resulted in us taking our business elsewhere but because of the professionalism and customer service provided by Keith and Kevin, we bought a Platinum AWD Highlander and couldn't be more satisfied. As a former Honda loyalist I am now a Toyota fan because of Ballentine Toyota. Don't hesitate to ask for Keith, he's the best. He took the time and patience to explain and demonstrate the features and functions of the vehicle as well as making sure that we were satisfied customers before we left. More
