Horrible experience with service department. Went in to have tire rotation and mirror was loose asked them to check it for the problem. When completed I was told there mirror was just loose and Went in to have tire rotation and mirror was loose asked them to check it for the problem. When completed I was told there mirror was just loose and they tightened it. Charged me $63 to check the mirror. Drove just a couple blocks from dealer ship and the entire mirror fell out. Went back to dealer took the mirror in and showed them what happened. Was told since Safelite had replaced the window in 2020 that they didn’t put enough glue on it . Was told Safelite had to fix it that the dealer ship was not responsible. Talked to service manager asked me to come back and he would take care of it. He looked at it and told me the same thing as before but is going to refund the $63. I have talked to my insurance company who put me in touch with safe lite. Safe lite said that because the dealership had touched the mirror it voided the warranty and said dealership was responsible to fix it. Called David the service nanager in Greenwood location and he said they were not responsible. I have been driving around without a rear view mirror. This is dangerous and I could be given a ticket if stopped by law enforcement. Don’t know what else to do but my next step is to get an attorney and file a lawsuit to get this fixed More

Ballantine Service is the best! David and the crew take great care me me! I’ve been a satisfied couple for 22 years! Yesterday, I had to get AAA come jump me off and check my batter David and the crew take great care me me! I’ve been a satisfied couple for 22 years! Yesterday, I had to get AAA come jump me off and check my battery. They determined I needed a new one and told me not to turn car off before getting! I’ve been ill (not COVID). and shouldn’t have even been out! I called David and shared my predicament and he told me to bring the car in and they’d take care of me! They had chairs outside where I could social distance and sit in shade! 45 minutes later I had car and was ready to drive off! Thank you a David and Toyota Service!! More
