Hello, we appreciate you taking our call this morning. I am very sorry for the miscommunication on the loyalty card and us not delivering a good customer experience for you on this visit. I sincerely apologize on the wait time as we were short handed that day, but always looking for ways to improve. We will never sale a customer anything that we do not think is needed, because our reputation means more to us than any "sale". We believe that swollen lug nuts are a safety item (in which we see a decent amount), due to if a customer ever has a flat tire on the side of the road they will not be able to change their tire with tools equipped in the vehicle and will cause a major problem/inconvenience for the customer. We have sent a loyalty card in the mail to you and hope to have the opportunity to earn your trust and business in the future. Once again I sincerely apologize for the wait and miscommunication.
