Your bathrooms could use an better scent upgrade. They smell like a men’s urnial. We ladies don’t enjoy that scent. Sorry More

Great salesman Danny (my salesman) had a great attitude and listened to what I wanted as well as help me get the Kia I wanted. Have always been happy with this group and Danny only adds more reasons to buy my next one from Ball as well. Great salesman are not an easy find but they can make or break a dealership. A great dealership starts with the sales team, not the managers or the owners but with the people standing in front wanting to help you buy a vehicle. More

I've been on the hunt for a car for the past two years, and had all kinds of interactions at many different dealerships as well as Carmax. I am very stubborn and sometimes assertive, and they were both VERY patient with me as I was very indecisive and especially nervous to make a large purchase. Danny went above and beyond to show me all of my options and help me make the right decision for the exact car, package, trim and color I wanted (and accidentally ripped his pants in doing so). My wonderful mother felt so awful, she ended up taking them home and sewing them up! The guys at Ball Kia have been nothing short of amazing, and I am very pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone! One of my highlights was being able to shout into the loud speaker after my purchase was finalized. I LOVE my new car! :) More
