Chris was honest and clear with the deal he presented me. I am very happy with his conduct and deal offerd. Once in the actual dealership, Ruben Muñoz took care of me. Very nice, bilingual and not pushy. I was in and out of the dealership on my new 2016 Acura MDX in 1 hr 45 min. Can’t remember the name of the gentleman in the finance department but WITHOUT question he has been the best finance guy I have ever dealt with, in and out of his office in 3 min, did not force anything extra on me (something I asked Chris Lucio from my very first email, this could have been a total deal breaker, I am so happy they respected my wishes), not pushy, very proper, explained everything in a clear and diligent manner, super old school (in a good way) and is going to help me out with my DMV plates, help me get them sooner. I still have a couple of things to deal with in Ball Acura (small ding to the front bumper + teach my wife all that the car has to offer) but Ruben should do a good job, to date he has demonstrated that he does his job very well. New Car Purchase I had done a bit of homework on several SUVs and decided that I needed to test drive the RDX. It was pouring down rain and I was expecting to be put off. The sales rep, Tony was fabulous. He didn't seem to be uncomfortable at all about the weather and gave me opportunity to see how the car managed in wet weather. Needless to say my price was met and the financing was exactly was I was looking for. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant and friendly. I would certainly suggest this dealership to anyone. This was a smooth car purchase! More
