Al explained all the work that needed to be done and the estimated cost to repair my vehicle. Unfortunately, the cost of repairs for my 10 year old Jetta Wagon was going to be high, therefore I made the dec estimated cost to repair my vehicle. The service quality, honesty and integrity is still there even though my favorite assistant service manager is no longer at Balise. I will return with future service needs. More

Justin and Nancy were very accommodating both on the phone and in person. They worked with me to get the best possible price on the Jetta, and moved efficiently through the paper work to get me on the r phone and in person. They kept the dealership open late on a Sunday to allow me to work things out with the insurance company. Ginnie did work hard to get me to take on some of the extended warranty options, but she was not overly aggressive. I would recommend to a buyer at Balise to make sure you take your time, and ask Ginnie questions so that you fully understand the impact on your payments any additional service might have. All in all it was a great experience! Great price and great service! More

I worked with Noah and his manger. Dude, they MADE it happen. I recommend this dealer to all. I manage storage facilities and will be recommending them to my 2000+ customers. Like most people I researched my new car purchase for months before stepping in the dealership. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth/painless the whole experience was. Nothing is worse than when you know more about the car than the salesperson trying to sell it to you. This was not the case. The car I bought was a 11' VW GTI Autobahn pkg. I walked in the door with a number in mind. I told Nancy that I did not want to go back and forth on price - my last vehicle was totaled so there was no trade. She spoke to the salesmanager and came back with a price that was better than I expected - when is the last time that has happened? They also helped my obtain a tax credit letter from my insurance company that allowed me to by the car tax free. The service and parts departments are very courteous and for me the location is very convenient. I would absolutely reccomend them anyone looking for a new/used car. More

I had been to numerous dealerships over the course of a few weeks and encountered the 'typical' car salesmen who appear to attack your every weakness. Norm, however, was honest about the cars, prices, etc; respectful of my wants; and extremely helpful in finding me a car that best suited my needs. I also met with Justin who was very helpful in allowing me the best deal possible for the car. Justin was also honest and made me feel as though he was looking into the best interest of not only himself, Norm and the dealership, but also in myself as the buyer. Jeanne was the last person I met with at Balise and my time with her too was worth mentioning. Jeanne made, what can be the most stressful part of buying a car fun, quick and easy. This place is absolutely horrible. They seem nice as they are selling you the car but once I signed the papers for the financing, they pretty much fell off of the face of the earth. After I signed the papers, they said they would fax the information to my insurance company right away. That was Monday. I called my insurance and they didnt receive anything until Thursday morning and it took me 15 minutes to insure the car. I started calling and apparently everyone there is complete moron. All I was trying to do was get a status on my car. How hard is that?! Just save yourself a headache and go somewhere professional. More
