I was sold a CPO 2011 VW GTI with 3 bent wheels. This dealer sent one wheel out for repair and put it back on the car. I took to another dealer and they identified 3 bent wheels, 1 of which was a wheel dealer sent one wheel out for repair and put it back on the car. I took to another dealer and they identified 3 bent wheels, 1 of which was a wheel the selling dealer (Balise) claimed to have had repaired. When I contacted them about the 1 wheel which was not repaired, as well as 2 other bent wheels, they told me it's not their problem. They could not even diagnose the problem was 3 wheels, where another dealer could do this by simply putting the car on a lift and rotating the wheels by hand. Balise has been very unhelpful and not friendly about this problem, and they continue to say "how do we know you didn't bend the wheels". I say the same thing back - "How do you know they weren't bent when I bought the car" and they say, sure they could have been bent. But I get no customer service, just attitude and no help. Scott VW has been much more helpful and kind, and VWoA has open complaints about Balise for their sales and service. More

I went to Balise to purchase a used 2008 Subaru Legacy I had seen online. On my initial visit I was able to test drive the car and discuss the trade in of my vehicle. There was no haggling, the process was as quick as could be, and I left with my "new" car. Everyone involved was very nice and friendly. This was about as easy a car buying experience there can be.
