My Balise Service Department Experience I brought my 2001 Tacoma 4x4 to Balise Toyota to get my rack and pinion steering fixed. While they were looking over my truck they found that my frame I brought my 2001 Tacoma 4x4 to Balise Toyota to get my rack and pinion steering fixed. While they were looking over my truck they found that my frame had corrosion which caused a hole in the frame. Thank Toyota for extending my frame warranty out to 15 years! They gave a 2014 Highlander as loaner while my truck was in for a new frame. I had them do a few extra maintenance items while the truck was getting the frame done as the truck was going to be torn apart anyway and it saved me a bunch on labor. I had the rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, all new belts and the timing belt and water pump replaced. They had my truck for 2 and a half months waiting on the frame to come in and once it was in it took them 2 days to get all the work done. I took my truck out for a test drive down the highway and a few back roads and it ran great, no rattles or squeaks to be heard. I did a inspect of the vehicle when I got it home and while I was underneath the truck I found that the driver's side outer CVC boot exploded and grease was everywhere. I brought it back to Toyota and they said no problem that they would get it cleaned up and install a new CVC boot at no charge. My Service Advisor Matt Carney was a great help and kept me informed with what was happening with my truck. They have done a excellent job on my truck and with customer service. v/r Pete DeSimas More
