If you prefer to work with reasonable, salespeople with a sense of integrity then avoid Balise at all costs. This dealership represents all the reasons people hate car shopping. I made an offer on a vehicle at Balise yesterday, After being told they could not accept my offer (fair enough) I left. I received several e-mails this morning from Balise. After the third e-mail, I responded with an e-mail stating that I was still interested in the car, and, I made an another offer (one that was $500 higher than my original). Soon thereafter I received a call from one of the managers, Josh. After some time on the phone, we agreed on a price. I stated this price several times. I even made it clear that I was requesting that the $220 dealer fees be absorbed into the the price I was willing to pay. Josh said that would not be a problem, and that "while the paperwork would have to show the $220 fee," he would "remove that amount from the cost of the vehicle." Having agreed on our price, I then emphasized that I did not want to waste my time driving back to the dealership (a 30 minutes drive) if we did not have a deal, His response was "I can't see any reason this won't happen." He even told me I could leave with the car today. I drove to the dealership only to discover I was not dealing with Josh, but rather the same salesperson from the evening prior. He was in no way prepared to offer me the price Josh and I agreed upon (the price he was offering was approximately 1k more than what I was promised on the phone). After an infuriating back and forth, I asked to speak with Josh. After sometime waiting, Josh appeared and apologetically stated there must have been a "miscommunication" (all the while denying none of our phone conversation). Speaking as someone who has spent 14 years teaching Communication at our state University, Josh, the "miscommunication" to which you refer, is more aptly termed "lying." I encourage others to look for dealerships that conduct themselves with integrity. Sadly, Balise is not one of them. More
I'm enjoying my new car I came to Balise Toyota in Warwick looking for Used car for my budget. As I was walking the car lot. I was met by a salesman Sunny. He welcomed me to I came to Balise Toyota in Warwick looking for Used car for my budget. As I was walking the car lot. I was met by a salesman Sunny. He welcomed me to the dealership. I explained to him that my budget, that was very narrow due to some personal matters I had. He was very understanding and reassuring. He asked me what I would like to have in my new car. He listened well to my answers, and amazingly offered a few cars that would fit my requirements. The sales Manger Travis and Sonny worked very hard. Then together we landed on a BRAND NEW 2015 Corolla S that worked with my budget. Needless to say I was surprised. The team at Balise Toyota are hard working and honest folks. I would recommend my family and friends to them. More

Great experience at Balise I recently bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek from Balise Toyota in Warwick, RI. This was my second time buying from this dealership. The car was exactly I recently bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek from Balise Toyota in Warwick, RI. This was my second time buying from this dealership. The car was exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. They took my trade in no problem and at a decent value. The sales team made it all happen for me late on a Saturday, and I drove it home that night. Part of the deal was that they agreed to fix some pre-existing damage on the rims. They kept their word and the rims are like new! I would definitely buy from Balise again. More

This is one very happy customer :) I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Premium then end of June. I should have thought out my decision for color and style a little more before purchasi I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Premium then end of June. So needless to say, I wanted to trade in my new vehicle and upgrade to a 2015 Corolla S Premium (a more sporty model) and I wanted it in Silver, rather than the Black one that I had. The reason being is that black is very difficult to keep up with. I wanted something that wouldn't show the dirt as much because I like a clean looking car. After going back to Colonial Toyota (Which is where I bought the 2014), Boch Toyota South (Which didn't even come close to the deal Balise gave me), and speaking with a salesman at Tarbox Toyota, I realized that the number I needed to get to wasn't going to happen at any one of these dealerships. I wasn't getting enough for my trade-In, which was in pristine condition with only 4100 miles on the odometer. I decided to try one more place after feeling frustrated and irritated at the fact that these dealerships couldn't do better for me. As soon as I walked into Balise, I was introduced to Sonny Singh, one of the Salesman. He was so friendly and so helpful, I felt a little hope and was anxious to see if he would be able to get me to the amount I wanted to finance with my Trade. He then went over and got Travis McCarthy (the Sales manager). What a nice guy. I will tell you that in two days I spent over 5 hours with these two and they worked tirelessly trying to get me the deal I wanted. I have never seen anything like it. They also never made me feel like they wouldn't be able to get me the deal I wanted...no tricks...just two honest salesman working hard to get me to the number I needed, and they both did it with a smile the whole time, never frustrated with me. I was honest with them and they were honest with me. While I waited over and over again for them to try to get me my deal, we swapped stories and had a lot of laughs. Going through the process of buying a new car is very stressful, but these two made it fun and easy. In the end, they located the exact car I wanted in Woburn, MA. Usually, it can take up to a week to get the car to the Dealership, but they had it there the very next night and I picked it up the following day. When I arrived to pick-up my new vehicle and leave my trade, the process was smooth. Sonny and Travis introduced me to Sam (my business manager for the transaction). He was pleasant and during the signing of all the documents he went over the extended warranty options I had available to me to purchase if I wanted one. I told him I was all set and he didn't pressure me the way others would have. I liked his mannerisms and his respect for the fact that I did not wish to add anymore to what I was financing. He made the process quick and easy and when I was through signing the paperwork, he brought me over to meet Rhonda (their Insurance Rep.). She called my insurance agent for me, gave him all the information and within 5 minutes a binder was faxed over and the process was complete. She was a sweetheart and I felt very comfortable with everyone at Balise. The last step was for them to go over everything in my car...all the features, etc. They told me if I had any other questions to feel free to call them. I also met Frank, the service manager. He was friendly and had a great sense of humor. I told him I had trouble remembering names...so he told me the way to remember his was to just remember that he will always "BE FRANK" with me...very funny! Finally it was time to drive my new car home. When I left there, I felt so happy inside that this wonderful team helped me get into this vehicle that I wanted at the price I wanted...what more could anyone ask for. I will purchase future vehicles from them because I know they will work hard for me. Thanks again Sonny, Travis, Sam and Rhonda. You made this a wonderful experience for me. More
