Great Experience at Balise Toyota I was looking for months for the right car. I went to a bunch of dealers and one thing I did not want was to be sold or pressured by a salesman. Every I was looking for months for the right car. I went to a bunch of dealers and one thing I did not want was to be sold or pressured by a salesman. Every dealer/person I spoke to was all over me and I honestly was uncomfortable (one was at the Chevy Balise with 2 guys there). As a salesperson, it is up to them to feel out the customer and learn quickly what they like/want or do not like/want. Not one place knew and even after telling them, they still were pressuring me (I had asked them not to call until I was ready and I received 2 calls the day after this request so I was not happy and would not go back). I was not sure how I wanted to buy (pay straight out cash or take a small loan). I went into Balise in Warwick the Toyota side (looking for a good reliable car for driving distance daily, so a good on gas car was my main focus) and Richard Morra greeted me. I could not be happier today. He knew right away what I did not want (as far as a salesperson goes) and did not pressure at all. He helped me work out my needs and showed me what he thought I may like. He was spot on. I drove it and bought it that day. I will ALWAYS go to Rich for all my car needs. He was personable, friendly, fun and made the experience (what I was dreading) pleasant. I will only see him when car buying, from here on out. Thanks Rich Morra. You ROCK! More

Syed went the extra mile Syed sold my daughter her first car and he couldn't have been more helpful or caring. Not looking but ending up buying. I love the Toyota Camry. I purchased a 1995 Camry (from Fox Toyota) 14 years ago and it is still on the road. I had a scare and thought that I blew the engine about a year ago. So, while picking up the plates for our new 2013 Toyota Sierra company van, the salesman Tony or Alex noticed that I was looking at 1995 Camry's that I printed out to replace my car, To make a long story short, I left with a 2009 Toyota Camry and love it. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and convenience . He convinced me that I can upgrade and I did. Since I drove that first Camry, I don't want any other type of car besides the Camry. If I change choices, it will be an SUV. I will always keep a Camry... B y the way, my mechanic fixed the 1995 Camry and it is still running strong... R. Peer More

Salesman Rich Morra was a pleasure to work with and had me look at 2 different cars with varying options. Knowing that the price difference would be important to me, Rich had the general sales manager Clayton Zak work out price sheets on my monthly payment for both vehicles so I could decide for myself what I was comfortable with. Of course I convinced myself to go with the fully-loaded (Limited) model with no pressure from either of them. While Alfredo in the finance department was working on my paperwork, I was cleaning out my trade instead of just sitting around. As promised, when signing paperwork, my payment was what Clayton and Rich said it would be, to the penny. Alfredo had some insight on what extra options I should get, advised me on what he felt was important (3 out of the 9 or so options, not all of them, which was refreshing), but did not berate me when I didn't end up signing up for any extras. We skipped some of the delivery process as I'm more of a "do it yourself" type and I wanted to play with the features on my own to see where my questions might be, but Rich followed up by phone as promised to see how I was liking the vehicle (love it) as well as to see if I needed any help with any of the features. In my experience, the main complaint about dealerships are price and time spent (wasted), but Balise Toyota went above and beyond to make sure that they do not contribute to those preconceptions. I will recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Toyota or Scion! More
Pleasurable Experience After having company cars for 25 years I was a bit apprehensive undertaking my first new car purchase especially after reading dealer reviews on Yelp. Balise was my first stop due to having many fleet vehicles serviced there over the years. I was greeted at the door by Sean Noel to whom I expressed my concerns. Sean made me feel comfortable from the start and his follow up was impeccable, even staying late to accommodate my schedule. Although ultimately a Toyota did not fit my needs, I did purchase a new vehicle from a Balise dealership solely due to Sean's efforts.
