Our sale representative (Syed Shah) was pleasant and made the conversation at eased, as Syed made us feel comfortable through out the process. The Manager and other staff all have good pleasing personalities, they are friendly and helpful. Syed explained every detail of the the car; its function and purpose. Balise Toyota Scion carries good car inventory and gives an excellent customer service. Over all, it is a dealership that I will recommend to all members of my family and friends. More

Easy and Fast! This being my first time buying a car, I was very nervous as to what to do and what to expect, but Kyle was excellent with the way he introduced himse This being my first time buying a car, I was very nervous as to what to do and what to expect, but Kyle was excellent with the way he introduced himself and helped me along with the entire process of test driving and going through all the paper work afterwards. The only thing I could complain about is how long the entire process took, but I was able to do insurance, registration, everything here and I understand that they were busy so I didn't really see this as a problem. Kyle was excellent at making sure we were comfortable and making sure we didn't have any questions unanswered. He was extremely friendly and I am very thankful to have had such an excellent sales consultant help me with the entire process. More

I just head right to Balise with the confidence that I will get exactly what i ask for and typically more than what I expected to get.The sales staff is always courteous and helpful even if they are not my sales consultant. Every one chips in to make the buying experience pleasant and enjoyable. My wife just purchased a pre owned Scion 10 XD with only 6000 miles on it and both my wife and I are thrilled with the car. It is her 2nd Scion and she loves them. My sales consultant is Omar Figueroa. He is new to the Automobile business. He was extremely courteous and stayed with us throughout the purchase making sure that everything was going smoothly and that our needs were attended to. As always. Clayton Zak was right there to help. He remembered us from a purchase one year earlier which really surprised me considering the volume of customers that come through the dealership everyday. He always makes sure that every detail is addressed and we have received the best price and service possible. The last step of the purchase is the Delivery Specialist Gene L'Heureux. This is the 2nd time Gene has delivered our New Toyota . He is very thorough and he knows everything about the operation Toyotas. I have recommended Balise to my friend and neighbor . They are long standing Toyota lovers and are getting ready to purchase another.I have already told them to go directly to Balise.
