Wonderful first-time buyer experience! Sonny was great - did not pressure me, was clear, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Sonny understood we needed to take our time in making the decision and although we ended up walking off the property with a new RAV4, we took about two hours to make the decision and went through some haggling, but all was kind and friendly and professional. Business development, financing, insurance, and delivery coordinators were all very good as well, but Sonny was by far the best. I would buy a car from him again without question! More

Rene March 28 2015 was my first visit to Balice Toyota and my first experience leasing a vehicle. I was apprehensive but as soon as I met Sonny I was put at ease. He was professional, caring and truly wanted to help me get the car I wanted. He also educated me on leasing. When I went to finance I found Sam to be as professional and helpful. Awesomee!! I was purchasing my first car and I was terrified because I did not know what I was getting into. As soon as I walked in I was being helped. I sat with Adam Kiester and he was very friendly. He answered all the questions I had and he made me feel extremely comfortable. Then I got help from Jide Alarapon, he is so friendly and funny. Excellent! Upon entering Balise Toyota on March 29th just after noon, I was immediately greeted by Rich Morra. He took me to his desk so we could discuss business. Within minutes I was having my old car appraised and a new Camry was brought over for me to test drive. After the test drive we went to talk more business. I was VERY pleased with what Rich did for me in the matter of leasing and his personality was not pushy nor did he try to talk me into anything. He answered questions to my satisfaction and let me make my own decision while not using any sales pitch. After we made the deal he continued his excellent service by getting paperwork in order and had Jiad Alarapon work with me on finalizing the the numbers and going over the terms. After much signing :) I left there very satisfied with the whole experience. It was my first time to Balise but it won't be my last....Thanks for all your assistance and patience, Rich! More

Fast, reliable and informative I purchased my vehicle, a 2012 Ford Escape a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Harry, my salesman, went above and beyond throughout the purchas I purchased my vehicle, a 2012 Ford Escape a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Harry, my salesman, went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process. He allowed me to bring the vehicle home to have my fiancé take a look and was courteous, helpful and informative about the vehicle. We were able to hash out a price that worked for me so I could get in the vehicle that very day. Sam helped me along with the financing aspect, very friendly guy who knows his stuff. Even in the cold, snowy weather we were having, he went back and forth in the lot numerous times to show us various Camrys. He asked the right questions without pressuring us and answered all our questions. If he didn't know the answer, he went to find out. He is a good employee. And, Rene was thorough and patient with me when he explained all the features of my new car. I never felt rushed. My questions were all answered in enough detail to not overwhelm me. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the other employees who helped us, but we experienced the same treatment from them. My husband and I would return to Balise in the future should we need another vehicle. More
