Sean O'Brien Knows his stuff I went to Tarbox Toyota first to look at Tacoma TRD Off Road but I was not impressed with the staff. I went to Balise and Sean O'Brien met with me. This was the most unprofessional dealer I've ever heard of This dealer is not worried about they customers they look at their customers like dollar signs. When I went to purchase a car I was trying to build my This dealer is not worried about they customers they look at their customers like dollar signs. When I went to purchase a car I was trying to build my credit they was throwing out of my range vehicles in my face from the beginning showing me 40,000 dollar cars when I am only 22 with a ok paying job just tryning to build credit, long story short the let me leave with a 2015 Rav 4 for two weeks I put insurance on it and fell in love two weeks later Kyle and Sam attacking me like if I owe them money after I gave them almost six thousand down in cash saying I need give the car back not even considering if I was working they kept telling me stop driving the car get down here when I get there they try to pressure me to get into a little ugly Corolla after driving SUVs ever since I had car and have two kids that use car seats. I wanted my money back was very upset why would they let me take a car that I wasn't approve for and make me go threw xxxx and back. Don't waste your time here I felt like they worry about money instead of actually helping u out if they would've told me before my only option was Corolla I would've looked at other dealers before missing out of two days of work doing paper work and I wish this dealer pay for what they put me through. More

Beyond amazing Words cannot describe how amazing my experience was.My intentions were to wait about 6 more months before Trading in the car I had and getting a new o Words cannot describe how amazing my experience was.My intentions were to wait about 6 more months before Trading in the car I had and getting a new one. When I first spoke to Simon I wasn't to sure if I wanted to continue or not because I thought all he wanted was the commission. But as time went on he really seemed like he genuinely want to help me out of the situation I was in. I didn't want to get my hopes up thinking that I would just be turned away. Even though things were looking good I was still a bit sceptic because things just seemed to be going so well. Then Jide came into the picture, he was doing what he does trying to get the loan approved but he couldn't the same day but he told me he would work on it and give me a call. Right then and there I knew it wasn't going to happen BUT I recieved a phone call back with news I would of never expected. When going in to sign paper works and everything else he went through EVERYHING from top to bottom side to side WHICHEVER I LOVED. My experience was phenomenal. From always being turned away to actually being helped These guys were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. More
