After visiting two other dealerships and dealing with pushy salesmen that wanted to sell my dad something he didn't want and keep us there for hours playing their numbers games, we decided to come to Balise in Warwick and see what they had for options. The salesmen (Syed) was great from the start....he took his time to explain the options....didn't have to go back and forth with his manager 50 times to "work on the best price"....BLAH BLAH BLAH....they respected my dad and our time and got him into a great 2012 Hyundai Elentra that fits my dad's price point as well as his comfort level. I am grateful for Syed who took good care of us. I also appreciated that the sales manager (Clayten) was also not pushy, especially in that normally dreadful "little glass finance room from xxxx" were they change everything on you at the last minute....yes there were a few changes that we had to think about...but the sales manager worked with us and was patient.....again thank you all for helping my dad. Must work with Rich! I went in to Balise for an oil change on my 2013 Corolla and left considering the option of upgrading to a 2015! Rich was great and didn't pressure me I went in to Balise for an oil change on my 2013 Corolla and left considering the option of upgrading to a 2015! Rich was great and didn't pressure me into purchasing the 2015. He laid out numbers for me and different details. Then, he DID NOT push me into signing that day and let me leave the dealership. I spend the weekend thinking it over and called him Monday. He scheduled me right away and was very polite. He advocated for me and got me into a new car for a price within my budget. I never once felt that I was at the hands of the usual shark-like salespeople. Rich is charming and down to earth and I would highly recommend him for all of your Toyota needs! More
