A bunch of dishonest crooks! I would give 0 stars if I could. I think even 1 star is being too nice to these dishonest sales people along with their managers. I was on my way to Balise to pick up the car that was on hold for me when long and behold...they sold it to somebody else! How could a business do something like this? If you say that the car is mine and you purposely put it on hold for me to pick up the next morning and then sell it. Oh and it gets better, they had me waiting for 45 minutes before they broke the news that MY car was sold to somebody else. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are a bunch of clowns. I ended up going to TARBOX and did well there. I bought a brand new 2015 RAV4 for the same price that these so called business people were selling a 2013 RAV4 for the same exact price. Balise also wanted me to pay 9% interest even though my credit score is over 800, I ended up getting 0% interest at TARBOX. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place. Go to TARBOX, they treat you better! More
