I have dealt with Bob Cipriano several times and is always a pleasure to deal with. I have also dealt with Sonny Singh when Bob was not there and he also was a pleasure to work with. I have been to other Toyota dealerships prior to 2009 and was not treated anywhere near the way the staff at Balise has treated me. Balise is about half hour from my house however the drive is worth it because of the exceptional treatment I continue to receive from the staff, from sales to the service department. I would highly recommend Balise to anyone who is looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle. More
