We went into Balise Toyota of Warwick looking for a vehicle and found exactly what we were looking for! The guys were very nice and got us the best deal. Poor Customer Service Bought a 2018 Toyota vehicle here and 4 days in and the car has an issue. That can happen however you would think their touted t multi point inspect Bought a 2018 Toyota vehicle here and 4 days in and the car has an issue. That can happen however you would think their touted t multi point inspection on every used car would have caught the fact the batteries on the Prius are not holding a charge. Called day 6 which was a Saturday and was advised I need to pick up the loaner on Sunday however they said no because service is not open. I suggested they take care of paperwork on Saturday (when I called) and I would come in on Sunday to sign whatever is needed and take the loaner. The response was you can't do that because service is separate from sales. Keep in mind same building same company but apparently they don't look at that way. When my wife called early Sat the person said and i quote "no problem we will make this happen" and to expect a call. No call so i in turn called Sat afternoon and was told the above. In my opinion this exemplifies the poorest of customer service and already faced with regret for doing business here. Car has not been serviced yet so ignore that rating however Buyer beware... More
