Simply put, Farouk turned what is typically a dreadful and tiring experience into a quite enjoyable and painless one. He was honest, patient, not pushy, and carried an overall excellent demeanor throughout the entire process of getting my wife and I into the vehicle we needed at the right price. Moreover, he was naturally charismatic and did not use any of the base sales tactics unfortunately utilized by others in the industry. In fact, he brought to my attention a minor defect in the vehicle I leased without me even noticing it and made the proper arrangements to get the same corrected right away. I could not have asked for a better experience leasing a new vehicle, and I owe that to Farouk. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. You won't be disappointed.
